I'm going start posting the Virtual Console releases on Monday mornings so all the people bored at work can drool (or laugh) for a few hours until they get home.

This week's Virtual Console offerings:

Donkey Kong Country - SNES
The Legend of Kage - NES
New Adventure Island - TurboGrafx16
Streets of Rage - Sega Genesis

Definitely looking forward to Donkey Kong Country.

Looking for the new releases is usually the first thing I do monday morning. I'll be a frequent reader here =P

I'm excited to play DKC again also, its been a long time. I'm really waiting for Super Metroid though.

Streets of Rage!!!

Oh, god yes.

OMG STREETZ OF RAGE!!!!! AND DKC woooooooooooo time to go play

Joystiq is reporting Ocarina of Time will be available for download on Monday.

Limited Gold Cartridge(from ebay)
Normal Gray Cart
Special Original+Master Quest GCN disk
Other GCN disk with LoZ1, 2, and Majora's Mask.

Why not buy it for a fifth time? :P

Today's offering:

Ocarina of Time - N64 - 1000 points
Chew Man Fu - TurboGrafix16 - 600 points
Bio-Hazard Battle - Sega Genesis - 800 points

Also, I'm happy as hell to report the Turbografx16 game Splatterhouse will be coming to VC in March. I loved that game.

I want Link to the past and Mario Kart 64

Updated today's list to add Chew Man Fu and Bio-Hazard Battle, which Nintendo left off their press release.

I want them to release jurassic park for SNES, I loved that game.

That game was kick ass. I remember the first time I used the night vision gogles.

OOT? omg. @_@

Fuck downloading OOT again. I have the Game ROM on my PC. My original golden N64 Cartridge. AND........ The OOT/Master Quest gamecube disc from when I pre-ordered "Wind Waker"...

Shit.

I just want Nintendo to upload the first three "Mario Party" games for N64, and I'll be happy.

Oh yeah. And EarthBound.

And also, Cocks.

My brother and I were just talking about how awesome it would be if they uploaded Mario Party 2 or 3. i'd download that in a second. (Really, several minutes, but you know what I mean.)

Yeah. There's a TON of N64 games they need to get on there.

For anyone who may be wondering, the VC version of Ocarina of Time doesn't have Rumble Pack support. Pretty minor in the grand scheme of things, but kind of annoying since the Gamecube compilations supported it.

One game announced for Japan's VC that will no doubt come here is the SNES game Actraiser.

Wooooooooooooo! Actraiser was a fun game.

You got to be GOD.

WUHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!

... But what I thought was dumb was how Actraiser ended...

You banish all the demons of the world and strike down false religion... but... Humans decide that they don't need you (god) anymore and decide to stop praying to you?

Cool. Atheism.

They need to bring Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy 6 (or, well, 3 on the SNES), Super Mario RPG, Lufia 1 & 2. Gogo Square PLEASE.

Also, I want my Star Fox 64.. or a new Wii Star Fox game sans adventuring on foot.
