I think if people are sending IM's of like "hey meet me at this place and hang out blabhalbha" should be arrested. We had a cop come into our school last year talking about that and some of it was disgusting.

Whoever has the time to make claims like this and whichever police authorities have time to actually investigate shit like this should be taken out and shot.
