Most likly these 4 charters are all mules, but the person is attemping to raise the price on Tele-Vhazl scroll from 350,000 to 600,000+. I am not 100% sure on this but if you look at it, it look very likely.

AH says

His plan:

1. Sell Scroll on Volcano Charter.
2. Purchase Scroll on Poteko Charter. (Normal Price)
3. Sell Scroll on Poteko Charter.
4. Purchase Scroll on Tukajuno Charter. (200k Increase)
5. Sell Scroll on Tukajuno Charter.
6. Purchase Scroll on Tuka Charter. (Almost another 100k Increase)
7. Send Scroll and Money to Main Charter.
8. Sell Scroll for 600k+ on Main Charter.
9. Hope that some idiot dosent catch on to his plan.

Pretty much. Around Feb. or March of this year I sold my Tele-Mea scroll for about 80k, the going rate at that time. Recently I've been leveling WHM and this past weekend Tele-Mea was going for 460-500k on the AH. Fortunately, the price had dropped to 220-250k when I had the funds to purchase the scroll on Monday. It will probably skyrocket again though.
