Well, it's been three weeks so far without so much as a single word from Reeve... It's funny, because one of the local morons on QCDN rated me down for saying he'd take forever to actually change it back (if he does at all...)

It's really not growing on anyone, it seems. I'm getting sick of the increased load time, the blue crap at the sides (And my laptop is widescreen, so it's even worse I think), and the lack of actual features that the default settings have... I think the new admins need to set a time limit for Reeve to do whatever it is he claims to be doing... If he takes too long, just re-enable it anyway...
 
Atleast the AH board still has the old one :S

lol no it doesn't. I still maintain the fact that I don't like it. If I started saying it was great all of a sudden then I'd be a hypocrite.

But to keep crying over it like a baby throwing a tantrum isn't helping so instead of being annoying just leave.

I'd love to argue with you, but I have a much more important argument with a brick wall that I really need to address, sorry.

What a fuckin' hypocrite. Find a fire and jump inside.

This new board style needs to be addressed. This "only temporary for a few weeks" has been done. It has been a few weeks, fix this shit back already. It doesn't take rocket science or computer science to fix a simple message board. To put bluntly, this should have been taken care of in 1-2 hours, AT MOST, work. Fix it already or give up your editing places to those people who can. I'd say, "Those of US who can" but I don't know how to work this style, only phpbb which can't be that different, if you're familiar with it. I changed a phpbb format issue three months ago in less than 10 min... this can't be that different.

I have a hunch it got deleted, and I'd love to be wrong. Otherwise, it'd be quick work to put it back as an option.

All we're asking for is to have it as an option. The fact that it still isn't available as an option makes me think someone got a little trigger happy on the styles/templates area of the administration.

Please, please, let me be wrong.

Any word yet on how soon this "soon" will be?
 
We're working on it. I'm using the old style right now, but I had to do it the hard way and it's not a good method. Time-consuming and no real indication of what will happen in future template style changes.

Will dig a little deeper and update as I find stuff.
