W-4 Form.. I need help right away!!!

I got a thing to go to in about 2hours.. less so i can make it on time..

do i put down that my girl is my spouse? me and her are living together.. but not married.. only engaged..

i dont think you would put her down as your spouse, because (as far as i know) there are no legal benefits to being engaged, married onry

If you do not posess a marriage liscence you have no spouse.

You can, however, claim her as a dependant if A.) She's not filing or B.) You pay more than 50% of her living expenses.

If you aren't married then you can put yourself as single. Or is it head of household? XP

Head of household requirements:

Single.

Covers cost of maintaining (not providing) the household for at least half of the taxable year.
