WALL-E

Jeez guys, it's really that good?

I mean, it's competing with Toy Story here.

I'm somewhat shocked to hear such amazing reviews on it, it makes it seem to be a generation smash, or something huge like that.

Don't bash me, I haven't seen it yet, lol

Glad to see I'm not the only one who remembers Short Circuit :)

"The Incredibles" is still my favorite Pixar film, hell its one of the best superhero movies made IMO. This movie was second and almost pushing first!

Went and saw it tonight... Great movie!! Also, I am a huge fan of the pixar short at the beginning! This will definitely be one to see again! :)

Saw this movie and it was great, thought it was going to be mediocre but I was blown away. I'll go see it again if someone asks me to go with them.

After watching it on opening night, I spun around and dragged my brother to it the next day. I have never in my life watched a movie twice in theaters, but this was worth it. And I'll most likely tag along when my parents go (and pay for my own ticket). Pity the estimated DVD release date is in freaking November ;_;

One word for this movie....

Cutegasm.

I think you guys are going a bit overboard here. I toke my daughter to see it this weekend. I did like it, but I still think that Incredibles > Wall-E. I think you guys are saying this because it is fresh in your mind.

Not really imo (to the "it is fresh in your mind"). I can replay the entire Incredibles film almost word for word mentally. It was a very good movie, and I vastly enjoyed it, but Wall-E was very cute (and I am a sucker for it), while at the same time managing to invoke some emotion out of me, which is hard for a movie to do (I usually just go pftt whatever). In addition, the power of hindsight (and having both on my pc in one form or another) says this to me: when I watch the Incredibles, I have a tendency to skip scenes. I cannot say the same for Wall-E, for there is nothing to skip.

Also, while I applaud The Incredibles use of a single song remixed for the different scenes (I was like, cool, neat effect), it gets a little tired after awhile. I've found music plays a huge impact in how much I like something, and I vastly enjoyed Wall-E's soundtrack. (case in point, I've got EVE, Define Dancing and Down to Earth on my mp3 player right now and the entire thing at home)

Seriously though, I loved it, and I'm glad you went and watched it. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and while I will not try to change yours, I felt obliged to respond. I'll shut-up now

Just saw Wall-E last night. Extreamly adorable film. I want a Wall-E and Eve for my room now >.> (No I'm not a kid)
