Are some people really this blind to what gear does to improve you? I really hope no one reads this and actually listens to the guy.

I agree, I think they work like the Assult Earring that increase the frequency that you double attack, not increase the damage that you output when double attacking. I cant believe that he even thought of that.
 
They increase the frequency by 1%.
 
i think its more then 1% i been DA for a bit now got jse ring on and normally in yellow HP as i tank as war (yes wars u can tank)

it's 3 or 4%, 1% wouldn't be noticable, and boy can I notice it.

eh I dunno about that much, the number I've heard and seen in parses the most seems to be max of 1.5%. 4% is almost at brutal earring level, which theres no way its near that.
 
I don't even know about 1%.
I'm a 75 WAR with max double attack merits (5%)
and when I wear the boots I barely notice a difference, I really don't think they are very good and opt for STR boots instead. Now on the other hand the
Warrior's Cuisses blatantly states Double Attack +1, which would add 1 to my merits to make an obvious 6th percent, those are second best leg gear for all WARs next to Byakkos Haidate in my opinion. Boots.. eh get some Hecatomb or Rutted Sabatons, or Mermans Leggings like i have ^^
 
I've heard quite a bit from war with max double attack merits that war af boots do not stack well with the merits. And sadly byakkos >>>>>>>>> af2 legs

Edit: And unicorn leggings >>>>>>>>> af1 feet
