/MNK is nifty.. but I have never seen a pt where boost is used outside WS. Honestly, no one boosts every 15 sec. It's la di da.. oh.. Ws.. *boost*..
If they boosted every 15 sec, kept dodge/focus up.. yeah it'd be awesome. Problem is people just forget their moves. I swear war jobs go afk for half their fights D:

As a War/Mnk and Mnk/War, I have used Boost all the time for tanking. But when DDing, I only attached it to weapon skill macros. Yeah, I have tanked as Mnk before when I used to level it long time ago. It became frequent past Lv40. Parties sent me a tell asking me if I would join if I would tank for them. I agreed, of course. Boost really does a lot for holding hate. Don't recall anyone ever dying, either. And my damage numbers were still the same as I have them mentioned. When I had to level War sub, I used Boost to hold hate. Also my damage helped with that too.

And about the War/Thf thing, I have to agree. SA+Sturmwind is not really the best combo. SA applies to the first hit, and Sturmwind is a x2 WS. Attack multipliers make a greater difference. Either way, it's still just one hit. I'd rather be hitting up 100 damage every time with attack multipliers up and get a 150-200 Sturmwind(or equivalent if you hit the second hit), instead of a 200-300 WS once, then hit for 50s in the meantime. :/
