Anyone interested in that game, been watching alot of videos on it and put a app in for the beta, looks so badass.
 
Yeah, I am keeping an eye on it. Really no future announced MMO has me excited though. I do find myself wondering about what SE next mmo will be like.
 
I haven't seen much about it, but some people at work are pretty pumped about it, so I will try it out. One of the coolest features I've heard about is where you can actuallykill other players and get loot, which is randomly dropped according to what they're wearing (they don't lose the item). It'll be interesting to see how they prevent high end guilds from allowing each other to farm each others' members for items.
 
Im pretty sure ima be a Dwarf Ironbreaker, kinda odd ima be the short race again <.<. but im sure as hell not being a stuck up elf!
 
One of my friends is in the Beta and he says the game is sick. I don't like any mmo's outside of FFXI so I don't really have an opinion on it though.
 
I didn't get in to the beta, but I'll be trying it out for sure, it was originally my "WoW killer" but I don't know anymore, will probably play both
 
Having been a damn GW fanboy for years now, this game has had me foaming at the... mouth?

Seriously, I've tried the big MMOs so far, (Vanguard, DDO, WoW, AO, EQ1) and I've always been turned off by the PvP implementation. The things I've read about WHO have made it sound like they've thought about Griefing fairly thoroughly. The RvR sounds fun as well, with huge defensive battles at the walls of a city sounding pretty fun. And who doesn't like the sound of a job called Witchhunter?

I'm excited to try it, I've had my Beta app in for about 5 months now. I don't know that it would replace FFXI as the game I spend the most time in, but I know it's getting a pretty serious run-through on release.

Hard not to have some parallels between WAR and WoW, considering that Blizzard ripped the vast majority of their material from Games Workshop for Warcraft/Starcraft.

Personally I think it sounds very interesting. The capturing of areas, and capturing of the enemy's capital sounds very fun. I'll definitely try it out when it comes out.

I was poking fun at the set-up of the character/item interface whereas it looks EXACTLY like Warcraft's. heh
 
I picked this game up on Friday and damn it's a lot of fun. I personally never played the board game version but did like the imagination and artwork that went into designing the pieces. As of now I have only been trying out the different classes on the Order side, and the class that I have been enjoying the most would be Engineer. I play on Gorfang and my Engineer's name is Ohsheeit if anyone is on there. :D
