Time to bring up what I said earlier in game. I think Zazarg is bugged. He has like 4 times more HP than the other generals, and seemingly, permanent mediate. He was right beside me once, I used Asuran Fists on a Drauger, he used Dragon Kick, chaining to Fragmentation. Then immediately turned around and used Howling Fist on a Lamia a few seconds after.

He's only been killed once, to my knowledge, and I suspect it was due to Perdition.
