Viagra?

Viagra? How the heck is viagra going to prevent food effects from going into effect?

Yeah....it's kind of part of the ceremony and he really can't use two items during it....Fuck >.<

I"m just wondering if there's a way to eat something beforehand before he eats what I give him in order to cancel out the effects of this one specific food I want to give him.

Am I the only one that is really really confused right about now?

So you want to cancel the effect of the food you receive at the wedding, so you can give him your own food after?

There's supposedly an NPC injeuno that can remove food effects. Probably doesnt answer your question. Can you tell us what the effect you're trying to counter is, or does that give away the surprise?

Oh, hold on a sec, I think I got it! You want him to eat something, but without getting any of the effects!!!!!

As far as I know, there is no way to do that. If he uses the food, he gets the effect. But as Firestreak pointed out, you can take Antacid at any moment to cancel the effect, after, not before.

Hope that helps! :)

Let me know if you need Antacid!

I want it to be a suprise...so if you want to know what it is just send me a PM

Pretty much we have to exchange food and then eat it at the wedding. The food I want to give him has a pretty negative effect for the ceremony and I don't want him to have to deal with the effects of it. So I'm wondering if there is something he could eat before the wedding starts that would nullify the food I"m going to give him before it has a chance to take effect.

A pre-emptive strike of sorts....Kinda like if I ate a food and the effect is still on so if I eat a different kind the old food cancels out the effect of the new food....OY my brain just blew up

Antacid, or trading Gysahl Greens to the Tarutaru outside of the Merry Minstrel in Lower Jeuno will get rid of Food Effects(He calls it "Brown" Magic.) Best tell Swish to do so before he goes out exping with a 6 hour food effect for mages. Heh.

The thing is he can't really run to a mage in the begining of the ceremony to remove a food effect.... :x

I would imagine that if he threw it back up after eating it, he would be void off all effects aside from acidic breath for a little while, but if you fed him something else right after he would feel better. Not a process I would recommend too often. (The puking mights disturb the guests so make sure he has a napkin or something with him to hide the mess. )

Am I the only one who is confused as to why Sabia wants to poison her fiance' without actually killing him?

Thinking ahead perhaps...... It is a natural response the morning after, perhaps she is just trying to get the phase out of they way a little quicker than most? :x

lol for a second i thot this was a real wedding we were talking about. -_-"

Last night I also tried eating food, and eating another piece of food to see if it'd say what I ate, but it didn't. All it said was "Swishiee is full." Antacid is completely rare, since it's fairly expensive to make, and it takes high level Alchemy to make. As long as it doesn't kill me during the ceremony, I think it'd be cool.
