Ok, so I have finally decided to take the plunge and get married..lmao

I have a question...future husband and I have a lot of friends and 36 people isn't enough...soo...

With an outdoor wedding, like in South Gustaberg...can you have more people come? Is there a way that they control the people or is it just that only 36 people get favors?

Please Please Please help me! :D
 
First off.... CONGRATS!!

Second, I think somewhere before you click play at the FFXI start one of the sections (compendium?) should give you just about all the info you need for weddings including prices on wedding apparrel, prices for locations as well as how many people you can have at each location.

Yeah...I filled out the application already, but we were discussing the "guest list" and have found that we have more than 36 people we want to invite...

Sooo is there a way they control that or no?

Like we picked the Lighthouse in South Gustaberg....do they only let 36 people up the elevator?


Not a lot of friends, 2 different LS so 2 different sets of friends... :?
 
I believe there is no way to have more people. Plus if it gets too roudy SE WILL stop the wedding and you will not be refunded. Beware and have a happy wedding!

Hello and Congrats!

I have been applying for a wedding for some friends for months >.< I keep getting turned down. So, I was just wondering if you could tell me if you get accepted, and what trick you used :)

As for guests, I'm really not sure. I can't find too much information on what actually happens during the wedding. All I know is SE can stop the wedding and that same sexes cannot marry. In Sandy you carry your weapons, Windy you bring food, and in Bastok you get alcohol. Of course, this could also be wrong lol SE needs to do a better job explaining the details of weddings >.<

Jen...I can explain the deatils, but I am not sure about a lot of stuff...I am hoping that when I do get a date that I get more information.

I visited the location of wedding and I do believe that they can mandate how many people gets in WHICH TOTALLY BLOWS GOATS! I thought I was going to cheat the system. :lol:
They should make it that you pay by person....gah, but anyway.

RL marriage has nothing to do w/ in game ones <3 My bf was in the room watching me play both times I got proposed to LOL ...he STILL didn't take the hint :?
 
Yeah I am married IRL and my husband does play the game, on the same server, IN THE SAME LS...so not only are we sitting next to each IRL, but we are always around each other, cause oh yeah, HE IS IN MY STATIC as well... :lol: :lol:

He proposed a few times and, like the bitch I am, turned him down. :lol:
I wasn't trying to mean, but I simply told him that he has me IRL, why does he need me in a fantasy world too...besides anyone that knows me, knows I have been chasing Demir around since the start of the marriage thingys...and he finally asked...so Im going through with it!! :D

Oh and Jen...the lucky guy is Demir. He is from the original LS that found a new one and every so often pops into PhoenxRising. :D
 
Just so you all know i was engaged to jewls first but she dumped me for someone taller than i am. /cry :(
