Weird RMT in the Dunes

Just saw another group of 3 doing the same thing while farming Dhalmels in Buburumu Penn. Only to Leeches though for some reason. They'd start from Mhura and run all the way over to the beach, die to a Leech, and do it again, bypassing every Goblin, Crawler, Dhalmel, Zu, and Mandy in the zone just to get to the Leeches. Fucking weird.

They were misinformed on SMN job quest, and are thinking if you die enough to leeches, you will receive Carbuncle's ruby...

do you have to lose xp for this to work? i've got one freaking outpost i've yet to achieve and if i could spam death as a lvl 1 i'd soooo do it just to get the outpost lol.

Just PL it to 10 a couple times and delevel it. Let me know when you do, I'll help too. I need gusty and ronfaure. LMAO

*edit* shit, I need to unlock a job to do that. Only have drk, cor, pup, and blu as options.

I was in the dunes earlier with Tenkax and Eormanric and we watched two RMT running up to the leeches by the outpost, voking them, dying immediately, then hping back to the outpost then once again running up to the leeches, voking and dying. They did this over and over until Eor killed the leeches to interrupt their um...fun.

Anyone have an idea as to why a couple of RMT would apparently attempt to delevel in the dunes? It was so weird and my curiosity is piqued.

They have dishonored their ancestors by not meeting their monthly quota. Supervisor has demanded that they commit honorable Seppuku (sp) numerous times for forgiveness.

I'm going to get yelled at for this aren't I?

Speaking of the topic, has anyone seena taru named Lives?
Every time I saw him, he'd go out to the middle of east Saruta and aggro alot of stuff then die and HP. A couple of minutes later, he's doing it again.

In one night I think I've seen him over 20 times while I was leveling BLU just for shits and giggles.

gust is a waist, ronfaure is well worth it although i have that one. i need the one in bub pen region.
