What goes on in the HNM scene is not really my business and 99.9% of everything you hear regarding drama with server transfer linkshells or any shell is more so likely than not, very exaggerated.


I'm not defending anyone or anything but when I read some of the stuff people say on the FB, I mean its just sad.
Its quite obvious some people dislike others so much they stretch the truth or just flat out lie to make someone look bad. I mean, Keep it real. If you want to trash talk someone, ok but dont lie.

Alaura is NOT medicineman and vise versa. Saying that is just a flat out lie and its not right. I get it. People who act like douchebags and jerks deserve player warnings. Im all for it. But dont be lie-telling.

And I dont know you and have nothing against you. I'm not calling you a liar and im not attacking you. Im just stating the line between player warnings and just lies to make someone look bad is a line that is crossed quite often.

Whoever told you that or however you came to such a conclusion is either lying or you are mistaken.

Please dont take offense.
 
I could be wrong.. but like I had told someone else.. when I saw the name I thought it was this chick I know that likes to try on diff persona. So I waved, and got a stare back, then a tell was sent and it said this is medicineman.. Now maybe it isn't him, maybe he was just using her account.. I didn't know.. thats just what I was told.
So, no offense taken. If I'm wrong I'm wrong.. lol wouldn't be the first time.. sure not gonna be the last.

Sorry if it sounded like I was getting an attitude.

QCDN should really change the guidelines regarding the flameboard. Threads should be more so aimed at player warnings where people can post to keep the the community aware of players whos behavior is distasteful, hurtful or a threat to anothers success.

Too many threads are filled with lies and just childish stuff that not only creates more drama than there needs to be but people end up really hurting someone. People have feelins and too many people hide behind their PCs and just say whatever they want about someone and thats not cool.

People need to realize, behind their PCs they are still red blooded human beings and instead of using a place that in my opinion, should be a place to grow socially and communicate, people use it to be mean and evil and conniving. Everyone makes mistakes, not evenyone is on the same level of maturity or is even used to communicating with people online.

More people should look at themself and realize when they are being too harsh on others and try to respond in ways they would IRL.

That's exactly the kind of stuff we need here, no more of that going around behind everyone else's back and being sneaky with insults!

I mean, what kind of fully reasonable red-blooded human being would do such a thing?

I especially like the idea of keeping the Flameboard as an area where we can warn each other about problematic players; I mean if we didn't adhere to that, we might have OPs like Post#1 in this thread where a player is attempting to raise an alert (albeit in a misguided way) about the return of a well-known problematic player...
 
Thank you Amerie for being decent with my unlike some people who will remain nameless. I can admit when I am wrong, and in this situation I was wrong.. there ya go.

Don't waste your time honey.

A part of me really loves to stick it to people who are mean spirited and continue to bully others but ya know what? Some people just aren't happy people. They live and thrive off making others look and feel bad. Its too much energy for them to look at people and forgive and forget. They hide behind their own unhappiness and insecurities and use that to really fuel their dislike to people and other things in general.

I've heard the name, but could someone enlighten me as to who Blazn was and what he did? I ignored the flameboard for my first couple years on QCDN.

Multiple, upon multiple, upon multiple, upon multiple, sockpuppets after being permabanned. Had to IP ban multiple proxies. Claimed he had 40+ noble's tunics when they were 20M+ gil. First person to ever dual wield K. Clubs and get 16 hits in a round with his super pimp drk. General douchyness.

Posts like this make me regret the removal of the rating system.

I mean, I don't even play on the server anymore, and my interaction with it is, as such, largely limited to this board, but I can still spot the painfully fake and obnoxious people who post here.
 
I don't even play the game anymore Raes, and it's never too difficult to spot them where they stand.
