Though, on the topic of insurance breaks, I got one when I turned 21 as well. Maybe that's just for my state. It's kind of fishy though: "Here, you just turned 21. Drink! Be merry! We'll knock 100+ off your next insurance bill! Oops? You got into a car wreck? Well.. jeeze, damn, uh, we're going to have to add $200 to your bill now."
