I once dated a girl who had a brother who is fairly well known in the live sound business (as in, I think he just got done touring with Metallica.) Now, this is all third hand, but I have no trouble believing it: He ran the PA board for a show she had in St. Louis or somesuch, and her mic channel ran through eight, that is, one more than seven, vocal processors. Pitch correction out the ass.
