Westboro Baptist Church to get day in court

Hali? Does that mean it's been to court, and they not only ruled in favor of these lowlifes . . . but they hung this father of a deceased serviceman with the court costs on the grounds that he'd brought a frivolous lawsuit?

I'd not only appeal that decision, I'd be lookin into what it would take to sue that judge . . .

Only after the soldiers dad won the original case and a follow-up appeal. Only on the second appeal did he lose, for whatever reason(paid of judge mayhaps?)

Now that is fucking shocking that the COURTS decided he wrongfully sued them... wow.

wow...just..wow

dare I say that is an actual act of kindness and generosity?

next thing you know he's going to start denying all the right wing beliefs he stands for

I'm actually impressed with this though

It's neither really. It's all for publicity. And I doubt he'd even lift a finger to help if the son wasn't a soldier.

Either way I'm glad to see that O'Reilly and others are actually going to bat for the deceased soldier and their family instead of trying to protect the Westboro church. Hell even the ice queen herself Ann Coulter is siding with Bill on this and hoping that the supreme court agrees with the family of the deceased soldier. Interesting to keep up with this let me tell ya.
