ok ok i know typically people don't divulge their tod's to strangers.
I feel like breaking the cycle and being a nice guy.
I've spent the last 3 days camping western shadow went 1/3 woot ^^
tod was today @ 6AM EST.
So based on the 16 hours until window opens again his window will open around 10 PM EST tonight.
I've found if you get there 16 hours after tod and kill ph's he will spawn around the 20 hour mark.
I've seen him spawn twice at 20 hour mark and once around 19 hours.
I hope this helps sure i coulda horded the info and gave it to a friend but i figure maybe if i help someone in the community maybe they'll pay it forward.
I'd love to see the day where gamers don't mind helping strangers out like when the game first came out.
