Ok so you all know im not the type to flame people. But wow this was a horrible experience. I got an invite while LFP this past Saturday night and he asked "Want to start a party?" Well I had been seeking for 2 hours so I thought what the hell! The guy seems like a generally nice guy and everyone that we get to build the party (happened pretty quick) is very nice.
Just so you know the main players in the escapade were..
Me Whm
Cobion Pld
Inopunkbeach Sam
Well to start the whole experience out. One of the members decides to go afk to eat dinner for about 10 MINS!! And of course it is the party leaders brother so does he kick him? Nope. Well he finally gets back and the killing begins. He is constantly being rude and mean to another party member, Inopunkbeach. Saying things like STFU you stupid taru, etc, he is insisting on a doing a skillchain that does very little damage against soldier crawlers, and just being an overall jerk. Now Im not the type to open my mouth much to people I dont know but after his constant spamming of "STFU annoying Taru" I had had it. I tell the party that everyone needs to just shut up and do they own job. I had been talking to inopunkbeach in tells throughout this time and he is a very nice guy. The only person with half a brain involved in this argument. He tells me yeah this guy is going to kick me. So I tell him if u go I go cuz this guy is an ass and I dont think I can handle this without you to make me laugh. Inopunkbeach is a nice guy and says no no dont leave because of me. Well the killing continues and the constant immature behavior keeps going nonstop. Me the Thf and the 2nd Whm are being quiet and just trying to do our jobs. Well in comes a soldier crawler and we think we are set to go. As I am a whm I cant tell you specifics on the battle itself but heres how it goes sorta...
Cobion gets hit hard and his hp gets low so I have to Spam two Cure 3's to keep him a live and of course, I pull hate cuz this guy sucks at keeping hate!. So does anyone voke it off of me? nope. The only person who did was Inopunkbeach and he had been trying but of course voke was not ready yet. OK so I die (obviously) and as im being raised by the 2nd whm Inopunkbeach gets a little angry. Asks wtf? pretty much. Heres the Palidans response....
Cobion: I had to cure myself so I couldnt cure her!
So when everyones response was "Bullshit!"
He says "well you werent curing me!"
:::::::Now Im pissed:::::::::
I said you asshole, I am dead because I was curing you!
Anyway some serious cussing persisted for about 30 secs before Inopunkbeach and I just said fuck it and disbanded. But we stood there trying to build another party and of course this idiot and his brother continue to talk shit in say and all this bullshit. So we just ignore and rebuild our own party which wound up being an amazing party!

So if anyone wants to yell at me for thinking that the Pld who is not taking any hits should be curing the whm to keep her alive is the right way to do it, go for it free speach rules and hey maybe I dont know

Ps to all the others in this Party other than Cobion and Mudoshado, this is not geeared towards you at all you all rocked!
 
You obviously did your job or else you wouldn't have died. As a ninja I really don't like getting hit much; much less dying. However, if you're gonna let the person responsible for keeping you alive die without doing anything to stop it... and you're the tank... that's just pathetic. Tanks and whms need to have a PT before me mentality even more than others. If he'd have healed you he probably would have gotten hate back and you could have continued healing him as I'm sure you would have. A PLD shouldn't be so afraid to die that he lets someone else get killed trying to save him. That's just inept playing and I'm sorry that it had to happen to you. Of course no tank is perfect but at least we should always go down first since our job is to keep the rest of the PT alive.

Sorry I just don't see the heinous crime committed here. I go AFK for dinner for ~10 minutes often in parties, and they usually never mind.

Other than that you didn't do anything wrong.
 
Moral of the story shitty tank. PLD's can get hate back easily by healing you. Stories like this is part of the reason i am hesistant to lvl my black mage which is currently 42. I'm tired of dealing with newbs and shitty playtstyles. :roll:

Why don't you just shut the hell up and keep this to one topic? Multiple threads of the EXACT SAME THING are NOT necessary. You're only wasting space by making the same damn topic. Shut up. Thank you.

Uh.......no. It's not an accident when the same topic was made three times over the last few days. Have you guys ever heard of "bumping"? It's this brand new thing people do at forums to bring up old topics wthout having to the post same one again. Brilliant idea don't you think?
 
And the first two topics were made 10 minutes apart I might add.
 
I decided to delete the other 2 same threads, sorry if anyone misses them, dunno if this was post count bumping or simply a mistake.
 
QCDN tends to be slow in the morning, which is the time when this topic was posted. So people tend to hit the Create or whatever it is button mutiple times because it doesn't work, it's not her fault. Now stop bitching and go somewhere else. :)
 
Wow, I'm glad I'm not the only person that is frustrated with how slow QCDN is in the morning. I'm really impatient with stuff like that so it's really hard to sit there waiting for your responses, etc. to post...
I usually go on my brother's computer and wait the 5 minutes for the post to come up to check and make sure that it really did post!
<--- is that impatient.
I did accidentally post a double post one time because I didn't realize that it actually received it when I hit send the first time, so I can see how the accident could have been made.
/wave Mithracat *these are really funny to read, I get so worked up with some of them, but don't want to post because I don't really feel like it's necessary, nice to post about something I can add my two cents to without pissing 50 billion people off without realizing it lol*...maybe :shock:

I'm driven by boredom now waiting on this download...it's stuck at 64% and I'm losing hope that it will ever hit 100%.
It's very interesting to me to read this stuff mainly because my focus in life on game is usually our ls...I don't really care/pay attention to any of the other stuff out there, other than the few people that I get to know out of ls that are awesome/nice enough for me to want to hang out with.
 
Ok in my defense, I was posting this topic in the AM and the computer was so slow in posting that i reclicked and thats what happened. so get off my back. Thanks to the people who knew that
