What are we paying SE for?

Ok, we pay Square Enix $15 a month to play this game. I have never had any problems with this. But shouldn't we also be paying for security as well? When I'm paying $15, I should be paying for the fact that my account will be safe in the hands of SE while I'm not playing. (If you give your password out, that's something else :wacko: )

It would be nice to know that the GMs are really really doing something about someone that pissed you off
or that I can log in and out of my characters, knowing that my expensive items/gear will still be safe sitting in my Mog House
it would even be nice to know that they take our ideas into consideration. Why "nerf" RNG? Why "nerf" PLD? No one ever complained... Out of all the things they messed up, the good stuff they did is barely noticeable.
 
When did PLD get nerfed? and how did they do it? im just curious?
 
They nerfed PLD with the Shield blocking. When it used to be when you blocked you negate the whole attack, now it just halves the dmg and still get interrupted when casting. Well, I won't really say it nerf because it kicks in a lot now than it used to be.
