What are YOU afraid of? I was browsing this site, reading some of the phobias and below are some that I found interesting/funny.

Paraskavedekatriaphobia- Fear of Friday the 13th.
Odynophobia or Odynephobia- Fear of pain.
Novercaphobia- Fear of your step-mother.
Misophobia or Mysophobia- Fear of being contaminated with dirt or germs.
Medorthophobia- Fear of an erect penis.
Japanophobia- Fear of Japanese. :lol:
Ithyphallophobia- Fear of seeing, thinking about or having an erect penis.
Genophobia- Fear of sex.
Cypridophobia- Fear of prostitutes or venereal disease.
Agyrophobia- Fear of streets or crossing the street.
Ablutophobia- Fear of washing or bathing.
Soceraphobia- Fear of parents-in-law.
Sinophobia- Fear of Chinese, Chinese culture.
Rhabdophobia- Fear of being severely punished or beaten by a rod, or of being severely criticized. Also fear of magic.(wand)
Phronemophobia- Fear of thinking.
Phagophobia- Fear of swallowing or of eating or of being eaten.
Pedophobia- Fear of children
Parthenophobia- Fear of virgins or young girls.
Papyrophobia- Fear of paper.

So tell us, what are you afraid of!?! And, I would just like to add that we all know Blackmagik is NOT a medorthophobiac!

So let’s have some fun with this. Whether you really suffer from a phobia or it just makes you laugh knowing that someone somewhere is afraid of a certain something.

For instance, I would consider myself to be an Odynophobiac because I am an absolute wuss when it comes to pain.

I'm afraid of little tarutarus with large teeth and huge ears and ugly clothes. I'm affraid they'll hump me when I'm dead =(
 
I wasn't really afraid of spiders until that thread a while back on the Brown Recluse... Now I'm terrified of spiders.
 
My phobias:
Anuptaphobia
Athazagoraphobia
Atychiphobia
Claustrophobia
Gerascophobia
Hypsiphobia
Kakorrhaphiophobia
Lockiophobia (no crap! im sure it hurts like hell!)
Microphobia (only when it applies to my bfs)
Obesophobia (i think we all have this phobia)
Snakephobia
Rhytiphobia
Scotomaphobia (this is something i'd probably end up killing myself over)

Things that dont apply to me:
Merinthophobia (why would this be anyone's phobia? i enjoy it :wink: )

Papyrophobia (those who have this im sure are those ppl that have that disfunction where they can bleed to death from a pin prick because of their blood not clotting)

Well, I've had a phobia of spiders all my life... so whether that's a real life spider or not, I'd rather not find out lol. I work in a pet store where the only thing I will not get 10 feet from are the tarantulas :?
 
I've been bitten by a brown recluse, and the only thing that scares me is Kaiser Sose.

I suffer from the following phobias

Phalacrophobia
Ballistophobia (well, I wouldn't say it's an irrational fear.)
Tropophobia also known as Metathesiophobia
Ecclesiophobia(what is it when they are afraid of you :P)
Odontophobia (100% true)
Melissophobia (also 100% true)


These ones are just funny.

Arachibutyrophobia
Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia
Galiophobia
Menophobia
 
Well I don't know there latin names or whatever, but my fears are (in no particular order):

Sharks
Not knowing
Loud frequent beeping, namely Telephones and Alarms.

Selachophobia- Fear of sharks.
Atelophobia- Fear of imperfection.
Telephonophobia- Fear of telephones.
Ligyrophobia- Fear of loud noises.
 
cockroachaphobia - my biggest fear
Aggressivefemaleaphobia - Actually I like this but they scare me sometimes.... Really.
Messedwithacrazietriggerhappyfuckeraphobia - yeh, done that.
whitepowderaphobia - I had this when everyone was scared of terroist mail with white poweder after 9-11.
takeabathwhenyoumainlanderscometohawaiiaphobia - yeh, I really like it when people from the mainland come here and don't bathe everyday. :lol:
