What are you proud of?

Seriously, what are you honestly proud of in this game such as; helping someone, a piece of gear you worked hard for, whatever.

For me, it was as a 21 THF/WAR farming 300k for Leaping Boots (when they were that much)

What about all of you?
 
my recently aquired carb mitts; single-handedly taking down 2 san'd melee @ same time in ballista as rdm/nin; my various NM records and stuff; escourting some n00borz to jeuno from bastok; o ya...claiming sarutabara XD
 
Linkshell dialogue and friend activities for the most part. Nothing else, really. It was all fun, but for some reason the sense of accomplishment doesn't translate to a videogame so well for me. Don't really know why not.
 
personally, im proud of all the friends i've been able to make. They're all great people and i hope we stick together for a long time. Not to mention all the silliness that goes on in the LS hehe XP

I used to be proud of a quote I used to say. But I'm not anymore.
When someone calls me a n00b, I used to say this,

"I'm not a n00b, I'm an asshole and proud of it^^b"

I've changed now, so I don't like to start things with people anymore.
 
The most proud I ever was with this game was when I farmed up every last scrap of money I had to purchase the (at the time) 250k Gluttony Sword as a level 56 PLD. Up to that point, I had never even held 100k at one time. Sure, I've bought things worth 500k and 1.2mil now, but nothing compares to the sheer thrill of pouring my heart and soul into one singular item and seeing its benefit the moment I equip it.

A close second would have to be when I threw on my Gallant Surcoat before the level-up musical score was even complete, and for the first time I looked at myself and said, "Now that's a PLD."^^
 
Hmmmm. I'm def proud of the amount of friends I made since I joined this crazy world. Also, I'm proud of getting 2, almost 3 jobs to lvl 60, getting drops from NM, and getting alot of Stroper Chyme claims against my gilseller friends in ordells XD. It's sad how I'm 1/89789687 on that thing ; ;.

Oh ya. Last, but not least. I'm proud of being a member of the Quetzalcoatl server :O.
 
I'm proud of helping people that need help.

I'm also proud of my new pair of Koenig handschuhs :D
 
I'm proud of the 500k I just put into my red mage, to make my self all i could be.
 
Proud of hitting 100 in a craft and forming a dynamis LS that went pretty darn far.
 
Im proud that I am the Leader of a amazing LS. That I kno so many cool people. that I am a rdm. That even thoguh I may be "gimp" by others standards, that never prevents me from having fun.

-Buying LL boots for my 35 thief when that was my highest job, 220k use to be ALOT.
-Emperor hairpin, snipers all take me a lnog time to get, damn proud of them.

-Purchasing my rabbit charm for 600k, I felt like a true non wanna be thief when I got that.

-My LS(s), we use to all be back in the day "Wow you dinged 20?" shortly after NA PC release. Since then I've befriended alot of PS2 players that are long staying and surpassed me. I'm proud of the ones staying the course.

-My TH2, god bless you, you're better than a day off.

-Chat freq around 230,000
-Enemies fought around 35k
-Enemies killed around 25k

My 400+ total levels, mostly from taking many several jobs to 30-37.
 
I'm proud of getting BST as high as I have, it's definately got its ups and downs.
 
ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR ARMI!

Well, probably what I'm most proud of is the linkshell I'm in, Crimson Pirates. We do what the game was made for, roleplaying, we probably rp more then anyone on the server. There are so many good people in the ls, everyone is so willing to help and were always having fun. I love this ls, and everyone in it. Thanks for letting me in it Armi, its the best ls I been apart of.

But gamewise I guess, I would be proud of lvling warrior past 35+ on 3 different characters, a lvl 40 bard MULE, lvl 40 whm, and not giving up on tarutaru warrior ever. I love it so much, I try harder then alot of people I know that.

1624 Dragon Kick on Death from Above(No SA, no thf sub)
Full God armor
Latent activated Destroyers
Capping out all MNK weapon skill levels
Questing all MNK final Weapon Skills
Having the highest Guard level of anyone I know
Beating Nark in Ballista multiple times
Last, and probably the thing I'm most proud of, my title, which is in my signature.
 
I was pretty happy with myself when I soloed G3 with my 38 whm.
It was a nice feeling when I bought a Pentinent's Rope after 2 days of farmin up gil.
Very proud of myself for havine 101 int as a 62 Blm. It would be higher, but I sacraficed 2 Int for a Moldivite earring.

Proud, but moreso amazed at myself for having 95+ days playtime and not 1 single person on my Blacklist.

Also very Proud of my Linkshell that Mokk and Myself created.
we had a lot of help from Plamentia, Andreva, Darklion, and Dokkan.

Also proud to be a sackholder of The Dreamersofdawn. Kaete, Kyp, Fluffers, Mokk, Zeromous and myself used to play a game called "Earth and Beyond". We all decided to quit that and Migrate to FF. Wise choice.

Now that I think about it, I'm just Proud to be able to call Quetzalcoatl my home and most of it's inhabitants my friends.
 
I'm proud of my linkshell, DreamersOfDawn. They mean more to me than anything in the world, and they have always supported me.

Earth and Beyond was my home once, where Trippyhippy, Mokk, Zeromous, Kyp, Zhyk, Khymbote and I migrated to FFXI to start a newer version of what used to be known as Radical Dreamers. Since I came to FFXI I have met wonderful people, great friends, and people who are now some of my greatest RL friends I know.

A special thank you goes to my very close, very real friends, Skaw, Dakko, Dimikimi and Stanimal, who are here for me now when I need them the most.

FFXI is my home, and when I come home with a lot on my mind, I know I can log in to my Dreamers needing me, or their friends needing me, or anyone on my FL who can easily /tell Kaete and say "Hey what are you up to?" knowing I will help them. Helping is what I do, and while I cant last forever IRL, or heal people, or even bring them to life like I do on the game, I can still come home and immerse myself in the world where everything will always be ok.

I am proud to be a White Mage who gets recommended to help, but I would not be there without my DreamersOfDawn and all of the help I have received from them and the Valkyrs. Buchisdma, you are also very helpful and a large part of my linkshell family.

Most of all, I am proud to play FFXI with good people. Looking forward to seeing you all in the game very soon~
