If you use other please post it.

I use mozilla firefox and the rest of the suite because yeah I loves it and I loaded it up with a bunch of FFXI addons.

i like opra ;) yes i spelled it right weeeooo! lol
OMFG OPRA PWNZ YOUZ!

IE, because I like my pages not possibly turning out like crap because of unsupported browsers.

Opera, i prefer it to Firefox simply because it has all the stuff i need, I dont need to find addons for everything, and I prefer it to IE because it isn't IE. God, I cant see why people still use that hunk of crap.

Why is it crap? I have Refresh, I have Stop, Back and Forward... that's about all I use. I don't care for anything more. I see everything anyone posts. I don't have to download anything, my computer came with it, I don't ask much, I don't need much.

It isn't crap.

I don't watch porn, and when I do get popups, know what I do? I hit "X".

I have anti-virus and anti-spyware just in case, and I use them every so often only to discover one or two harmless little bugs in my computer. I've yet to have a meltdown or anything even remotely close.

I dont have to have to click x when I get pop-ips, because I dont get them. I don't have to deal with annoying animated banner ads because I have them turned off, and I have less spyware and worry about viruses and worms better because my browser os more securee and helps defend against them.

Plus I have easier navigability and extra functionality that makes we browsing more comfortable imo.

IE6 is old, clunky and lacks what I deem necessary in a browser.

Firefox > IE

I use AOL's default browser along with Mozilla Firefox... ^^;

Ad-Aware. Anti-Virus? Hello, should have one regardless of your web browser, I haven't used anything but IE, and I can count the amount of Virii I've actually gotten in the last 5 years on 1 hand. Google Toolbar/Windows XP Service Pack 2(I use both in tandem.)

Don't be conned in to thinking 3rd Party browsers are that much safer just because they aren't made by Microsoft.

I <3 Firefox.

I love fire animals. They just make everything look cooler.

I switched over to firefox once I heard an announcement where IE was considered one of the biggest threats to your computer to date. I still keep IE around for the odd website that doesn't like firefox, but the only problem with firefox that I have had so far is that occasionally it can be too secure. Some of the plugins are great, I'm especially enjoying the FFXI skillchain plugin when I don't have my charts handy.

I've still got anti-virus, anti-adware and such, because you'd have to be an idiot not to have something like that. But I've noticed a significant drop in problems using the internet since I switched over.

I'd use firefox just because tabbed web pages don't seem to have that uber annoying habit of poping up. If I minimize a window, it likely means I'm busy in another, please don't pop up and steal focus just because you're finished loading or whatever.

That said, I mostly use IE simply because of the features I use they're almost identical to me. Google popup blocker for the win, as the kids say. And firefox crashes more often than IE does on my comp. It's an old win98 machine in dire need of upgrading.
