Ahhh... valentines day. so much fun, and so much room for people to get creative for that special someone
so what did all you guys do for your significant others? I'll share my story...
I'm a senior in high school, and my gf goes to the same school as i do. At our school we have block scheduling.. so three classes a day for a about an hour and a half. My gf also has "0 period" which is a class everyday for 45 minutes or so before school starts, so she technically had 4 classes.
I dont have this 0 period thing, so thats where my plan started. I got to school and i had stuff to give her of course. But hey, presentation is everything right? so i decide to give her one thing every class... which means me delivering them personally
I walked in her 0 period class with a bunch of balloons (hearts of course) and since she sat in the front row, i just said "happy valentines day" and walked back out. then all the girls in the class went like... AWWWWWW and my gf came running out of the classroom after me. She had to go back tho... but afterword she came out of the class with her balloons, and she had made me a giant plate of cookies
BUT... i wasnt done there. I had made her a playlist of songs on my ipod to listen to during her next period, since all she does in that one is help a teacher grade papers and such. In my period i had a math test, so after i was done i "went to the bathroom" and took flowers with me (lol). Delivered those to her, i opened the door a little bit and whispered to the teacher (who i am on very good terms with) and asked where she was. She was sitting in the back totally oblivious that the door was open. I walk up and poke her a little she looks up and does the whole :O look. she got up and hugged me. The teacher literally said this.
"Oh we dont need to see that, i'll give you guys a few minutes out in the hallway. dont tell anyone i let you two do that though"
Part 2 success
Period 2 was a bit of a challenge because i had class with her, and she sat next to me. But, we had a test. So i simply waited until she got up to turn her test in, then i put a box of See's chocolates on her desk. She started walking back and was like "omg..." and i said go ahead... open em. It sure helps when you know her favorite chocolate, because the whole box was full of em
at this point she got almost teary eyed, it was pretty good if i do say so myself
Then the last period... of course she was *expecting something* this time. so i waited till the last 5 minutes of class before delivering a simple notebook... with stuff written in it of course
(wont go into details about what exactly i said of course...
)
Needless to say, it was a good day. I like being able to get creative. i wasnt content with buying flowers and goin "here ya go!"
so if you did that, be creative! presentation is everything!
