I miss my Dreamcast. I gave mine away to my friend because he was living alone and didn't have a game system. I kinda regret it because my other friend also gave him his dreamcast, so now he has two.
One of the games i miss the most playing is Jet Grind Radio. It was just plain fun and despite its semi-short gameplay I would spend hours just skating around. I really wish the would rerelease it for a system. Thats when it occured to me it would be a great game for the Wii. The benefit of the wiimote would definitely be graffiti. It just seems like a solid game for a solid system. Any thoughts or games anyone else would like to see?

I'd love to see a game like Assassin's Creed implemented. The whole jumping to thing.. and the fighting style where it's, you know.. not turn based but just more mimicing a real fight with swords and such. If implemented well with the Wiimote could be uber. Screw the graphics, the gameplay would rule.

Okami, even though I know it won't happen, I think the style fits the Wii perfectly. And I've seen Dragon Quest Swords previews, seems like a good game, but I'm still waiting for full fledged RPG to use the Wiimote.

oh man, good call, Okami would be cool on Wii :D

Morrowind and Phantasy Star Online / Universe (or any other decent mmo).

If Nintendo makes external hard drives compatible with the Wii (couldnt that be done with a simple software download?) then that could open the doors for MMO's on the Wii

If they remade Spy Hunter (the Arcade classic) for the Wii using the Wiimote and its original graphics I'd jump all over it. I don't see it ever happening though as the game is like... 24 years old or something.

What he said.

I third this motion. For some reason that game is just fun.

I just thought of an idea how this could work too:

1: Wiimote= accelerator Nunchuck: Brake you hold like you would a ski do and steer by actually tilt them left or right. Then to do something like a back flip you move the remotes in a circle towards you like you're rowing.

I agree :O! I beat Dragon Quest Swords with none of the secret bosses and I think the game was like a total of 3 hours long ; ; but it was a very very fun game! Some of the special moves where hilarious like the tier 2 Fire Sword where you have to rapidly jerk the wiimote up and down vertically :sars12:
But yesh a nice full fledged RPG would be cool, and of course any MMO would be cool! I wouldnt mind the Detective Conan game coming stateside also ; ; (If Hajime no Ippo can make it surely Detective Conan can!)

A successor to OgreBattle 64: Person of Lordly Calibur...

Or even a REAL sequel to Shining Force II... (I hope to God...)

A new Fire Emblem is nice, but I want a return to the true tactical turn-based action (even tho ogrebattle 64 wasn't technically turn-based)

I second that. :P

I think a new Actraiser game would be great on the Wii, if they make it similar to the original and not the meh sequel.

Shining Force III was on the Sega Saturn. It had Breath of Fire 3 style graphics. There's even a fan made translation of Episode 2.

Ogre Battle / Tactics Ogre is done. Quest more or less gave up its games division to Square. Everyone that worked on OB/TO is working at Square Enix and Quest doesn't even make games anymore.

Yeah, I know, it sucks.

Or even a REAL sequel to Shining Force II... (I hope to God...)

Or at least translated versions of Shining Force III parts 2 and 3.. lol
