The rules still stand.. (as to where all the sticky/locked threads of the FB went....no idea)
Just, Pupusa is the only one who can change sigs and such, so if the people don't listen, sorta gotta wait for him to be bored and come around (and really, he has better stuff to do than look after the Whine Cellar)
