Can I still fish up Angel Skins in Cape terrigan?
can someone post a link to the SE update where they fucked this up?
and.. is seiryu the only one who drops the angel skin now?

What prompted this, you not getting an angel skin on your first 10 minutes of fishing or what? I dont remember any mention of changing the drops, so maybe you just have bad luck. Just because you don't get an angel skin immediately isn't any reason to be so hostile.
 
just getting a lot of he said-she said mix up. I haven't gone fishing just yet, but I have heard so many mixed opinions that I was hoping to get the truth from the source.
 
You can still fish up Devil Mantas, but you get fatigued when fishing them and if you don't have fishing skill you won't get too many before your daily fatigue limit hits and you can't catch anything.

So you're complaining and you don't even know if it's true? The source would be SE, but you're not asking them.

No, the update to TP gain was documented.
 
Yeah, it was documented as having been changed. They can be vague as to how they change the game, but they do include all of the changes.

I would be suprised to the point of a heart attack if SE has announced every change and never, ever made changes without telling us.
 
They have annouced all changes. Your just more likely to find em on the jp site.
 
I don't remember them announcing the changes to Reraise, but otherwise...

Cubs is right. You can still fish up the Devil Mantas... just not as many as before.
 
There are hardly any gilsellers there though, I been there a few times. No fishers, at all.
 
They HAVE phantom "adjusted" several things at various intervals - most notably item drop rates and some NM timers.
