what if....RP

OOC: I think all the "OOC"'s are getting us of topic - we need to keep the story flowing - that is all

OOC: methinks jender is right, and just because im so great at pissing people off - Thatt is all

IC: "Mistaya... if you would be kindly enough to let me get.. OW! what was that for!" rubbing his head.

Lokkin didn't understand why she wouldn't let him up, he felt fine.

Jender looked upon Inuko sniffling and smiling, calming down slowly. She kissed her Mithra friend on the forehead and said "I wish I could" as she tucked the stone away and began to put her disheveled armor back in place. She had been daydreaming, lately about getting rid of the stone, actually. She knew that if it left her possession, she would surely die a slow and painful death...and was beginning not to care. But she new that she must move on to the Cauldron so that her friends, that she had grown to love and admire, would not have to carry on with such a burden.

Jender wiped her face and stood up, still a little wobbly...looked down to Inuko and said "So....is there anything to eat around here?" with a smile.

"Well, I don't kow, but I did grrow up on this Beautifil Spot of Vana'Diel, follow me and we will surrrely find some tasty Sweet Frruit" Grins Inuko.
She then leads Jender and the other Members that are Present along the Beach looking for Food.

"I will make a boat raft to get to Kazham with," Jinnai glared at Mayoke, "And Mayoke is going to help."

Mayoke looked shock and stood there staring at Jinnai(like this  ).

"Or else, he gets nothing to eat," Jinnai grinned evily at Mayoke. Jinnai laughed, Mayoke looked confused.

Jender smiled at Jinnai and Mayoke and walked off with Inuko to find some food for the troupes. She stared at the sea, hoping that the small missing chunk of stone had been eaten by a fish, or buried so far in the earth that it will never be found....she wonders how not having the full stone will effect her in the coming days, or what would happen if someone were to find the missing piece, where ever it may be...then tries to shake it off, and think happy thoughts for now, as they are all she really has left.

Jender grabs a hold of Inuko's tail playfully, smiles at her - and begins to whistle as the look for fruit.

OOC: oohoo, the broken stone adds a nice twist when we come to ifrit ^^ great storyline, were teh fook is mistaya?

Krark watched each of them with a sense of warmness. His thoughts had become so dark and angry lately, he was glad to feel happy again. He had thought it was a good idea to look for food, and while the others searched, he piped up himself.

"I'm going to go see if there's something small in the woods I can go hunt to bring back for food. Perhaps there is a rabbit or some dhalmels that I can get some meat from." He put a small and very genuine smile on his face as he looked at Jender and Inuko. "You two stay safe. I know you can take care of yourselves, but be sure to call for me if you need help."

He wandered into the woods a ways and reveled in the smell of the woods and the freedom he had out here. He scanned the area for any critters good for the hunt, and didn't seem to see anything. He took it upon himself to climb up the nearest tree and get a better view of the surrounding area.

After the climb, he looked to the north and saw a small village full of straw huts. He squinted to see who was wandering in this village, and his eyes suddenly grew wide. He shook his head and then leaped from the top of the tree to the ground and rolled with a little grunt. He then ran back to the camp and quickly spoke to Inuko and Jender.

"Bad news. We have a problem. Goblin village due north of here, full of huts. I dunno how many there were, but I can only imagine it's a few dozen." He glanced at them nervously. "If they happen to come to this shore for water, we may be in dire straits..."

OOC: Sorry I haven't RP'ed in so long... :?

Jinnai overheard.

"Few dozen?" Jinnai laughed, "A few dozen too less you mean? If they so happen to come to this shore, my blade will be their 'water', if you catch my drift...hahahaha..." Jinnai slapped Krark's back and laughing, "Nothing will happen..." Jinnai smiled.

Jender's stomach began to rumble "Inuko...what id you do with that coconut that hit you in the head?" she said playfully (but seriously)

Jender kept walking in search for nourishment...but the more her stomach rumbled, the more painful it got. "This is odd" she thought...and about half a second later, she dropped to her knees, holding her gut...it felt as though there was a fire burning within her. She began to sweat. This was all happening too fast...she grabbed the stone from her armor - it was bright red, just as she thought. She was having problems keeping a straight thought...in pain, she grasped the stone - and was about to whip it into the sea...even though she knew it would end in certain death - she looked up in desperation and saw the others in the distance

OOC: /em waits patiently for mistaya, she quit qcdn or somethin?

OOC: Why don't you stop OOC'ing and just keep going with the story? We cannot wait for everyone to post to keep it going - she prob. has RL stuff going on.

OOC: as much as id like to i kinda sorta need mistaya aroudn to get on with the story

Krark smiled at Jinnai, and gave a small chuckle. The goblin village still worried him slightly, but Jinnai seemed to be a VERY good fighter, and Krark himself remembered that he could take on quite a few enemies himself. He only wished he had his bow...

Just as he opened his mouth to reply to Jinnai, he glanced in the distance and saw Jender hunched over. He squinted, and saw she was clearly in pain. Without further thought he bolted forward and towards where she knelt. He slid next to her, and glanced at her completely to find what had happened. Noticing that the onl unordinary thing about her was the glowing red stone, he swatted the damned idol out of her hand and into the sand next to him. He kept a massive boot on it, because he knew the cursed thing liked to move on its own. He knew she couldn't survive without it, but he wasn't getting rid of it, just separating the two until Jender came back to normalcy.

"Jender," he said calmly, hoping with every fiber that she would come out of this soon. "Jender, please come back to me. I have your stone next to me." He had his hands on her shoulder and looked into her glazed eyes. "Jender, can you hear me??"

OOC: I wasn't sure if taking the stone away would kill her, or just losing the stone in general. If what I did would kill her, please tell me and I'll rewrite. :D

OOC: you should never rely on another character for your own storyline - I mean, it is obvious that you are trying to make her your love interest (that is what your posts sound like anyway) but are you even sure she wants that for her character?

OOC: o.O i need her to continue the story because they were both picked up by the boat but if you say so

EDIT: wasnt it you that said we should right our own way? if she was here, she could say that she doesnt want that for her character

Jender gasped at the stone leaving her presence...she was having trouble breathing....she felt as though this may finally be the end...
