Istory What is repairing based off?

[Jagster]

I looked around but couldn't find this answer.

Is the level needed to repair an item based off the level of the item being repaired or does it have some link to the item used to repair, or something else?

Also, can you fail a repair? What happens if you do?

You don't have the be the exact level of the item itself to repair it. For example, you can make copper rings on Goldsmith around level 12-13. But, you could easily repair them yourself, around level 3-4. If you fail repairing, all you lose is the mat you used to do it (they require no crystals or anything).

Hope that helps
And from what I understand, the +1 versions of gear, do not degrade near as quick. Weapons degrade fastest, then armor, then accessories. Hope that helps!

That really helps, thank you very much.
