What level do i need to try to find a static party?

I was wandering on what level should i start to try and find a static party for my Dragoon. I played for 6 months then quit for a year and forgot alot to know bout the game so i stopped lvling monk becuz i didn't wanna go back to lvl 55mnk when not remembering alot bout the game so i am leveling dragoon now and was wandering on what lvl i should start trying to find a static..if someone knows please tell me. Thanks

Lvling 50+ without a static is painful to say the least. Most of the competent players get on leaving the rejects for pick up groups. I had better more skilled pts in the dunes with ppl who lacked subs then I had in cape terrigan.
 
You could start staticing as soon as you start partying, if you wanted to (and had 5 friends that wanted to as well).
 
but most of the time when i try to get static it together the other people don't play as much as me and i wanna keep lvling so what i do then? thats why static never worked out for me
 
Get as many people as you can on your friend's list. If you meet someone that seems cool, and is good at their job, befriend them. Even if they don't add you, you have them on your list. Then when it is time to party, just start sending /tells to see who has a job in your lvl range that wants to party.

That is the only thing I can think of doing aside from your typical static party that will meet a few nights a week to lvl.
