Bastok is too busy controlling the northernlands and occasionally taking over your n00b zones for our convenience, to deal with the other zones. Bastokers are out dying to big dangerous things, while all those windy mages sit in the back and nap. Bastok is the best nation, all things point to Bastok.

-Gustaberg Outpost location sucks, just to give a big FU to anyone who manages to get it from another nation. But Sandy and Windy have nice conveniant outposts for me to teleport into their backyards with.

-Most CoP missions revolve around Bastok making it incredibly convenient location to be accessable from around the world.

-Cid is in Bastok.

-Bastok has strong ties with pirates, making them awsome by association.

-Bastok is the best layed out city with a central location that stems off into all areas of the city in equal distances.

You see I think Bastok is the worst looking city, and I find Windy a lot easier to navigate.

Agreed
bastok has the most horridly laid out city in the entire game. I like Kazham more.. hell I like NORG more. Bastok is ugly and smells funny.
HOWEVER
it has Ayame.
So thats like +500.

I also immagine Bastok to be nastily poluted, as a Hippy I am all against that, I want to hug all the trees in Windurst :D Although Ronu has more trees than Saru.... damn Horoto ruins... -.-

If RL is anything to go by, Lvling on Humes resaults in alot more trouble than it is worth. :(

We were the first city to be estabilished, and we'll likely be there long after all the others have collapsed.

We breed like crazy.

Damned rodents.
 
Meh if you like running in circles to get where ever you want to go, or hit up npcs and run through useless zones to get places, then yeah, I guess Windurst would rock. Every part of Bastok is usefull. And you only have to go to those parts of town if you are going to make use of their prime function.

I suppose the only downside is that we don't have a rarely used level 50 zone beneath our city.

My only peeve with windy is that it is four zones and most of the zones consist of bridges over water... I hate running in that city. Plus... if it's a quest or mission from Windhurst you know it's going to be a lot of stupid running around. Unlike Bastok, we buy all our mission stuff off the AH for the most part ;) hehehehe

3-3 CoP... yeah the mountain? Bite me Windy :P four hours on that bitch ></)
