It's a good show...but it's crap like that that makes Dunes a royal ass-pain to get through in the first place.

I started watching Family Guy cause I got tired of being in the dunes. I thought it would help pass time. I just can't stop laughing at Family guy. lol

What attitude? If there was any hostility it was because I died twice and lost the xp that kept me syncronized with my leveling partner. I had no quam with you until you started neglecting our group. Even after you sat there trying to tell me how to tank and control hate for 5 mins, I wasn't holding against you.

Everyone dies, I understand this or I would have quit a long time ago. But when people die multiple times to the same damn thing because a member with an important role in a party can't pay attention to what he's doing; Then people tend to get a little upset. Especially after the negligent member was pushing his/her advice upon others earlier in the party.

Hey, I've fucked up before too. Everyone does. Just yesterday I casted Protect IV on myself in sky and brought down a pissed-off Sprinkler onto my alliance. I wasn't paying as close attention as I could have been. But you can bet your ass, it didn't happen again. It's all in what you do AFTER you screw up that determins your character.

If you don't want to take it seriously, you could at least tell the party that you're only half paying attention and don't think you can perform a timing-dependant task. The party may be still peeved at you, but at least you're being courteous to them. And if I sound like I'm taking dunes TOO seriously, you're damn right I am! I use my REAL LIFE time to play this game and when I take backward steps in progress because of stupidity, I get mad that my real life time is wasted.

It's different when time is spent on learning mobs, techniques, etc.

People doing precisely the kind of crap that you did is the reason why dunes is so tough! If you're so damn knowledgeable to push info upon others, then act like a player and not a noob.


I don't have you blisted anymore. I only did it at the time because Mort said you were contacting people in tells and I didn't want to get into a text war while I was counting shadows and cooldown timers (see? keeping my attention on the party).

In the future, try to actually play the game instead of pushing buttons while watch TV. If you don't, many people WILL blist you, and it'll be your own fault. And if you can't bring yourself to pay attention on a regular basis, at least do it in parties that I have to share with you.

Remember, you're playing an MMO with REAL PEOPLE. Go play FFX-2 or something if you want a game that stops and starts when it's convienent for you and stop wasting other people's time.

In Short: If you wanna play, then PLAY. Otherwise stop using up all the air.

All of this would have easily been water under the bridge, but you had to go and flame about it.

I agree that even though Family Guy is the shit and is awesomeness... it still shouldn't ruin or take away another's playing expierence. Everyone relies on you, expecially early on Ninjas can only tank so well.

And with the LS in question, I have had my own person issues with them... or should I say them with me ;) Even though they dislike for reasons I am not sure of to this day, I don't hold any grudges against the Syndicate or whatever their new LS is. I still talk to several of my old friends from the shell, and we keep in touch quite freqently ^_^/) <3 you Mort, Razzi

I suppose my point here is not to hold a grudge against anyone, it doesn't seem worth it to me to be angry. I mean what fun would it be if I always felt the way I did when they first stabbed me in the back half a year ago I would be an angry, vengeful bitch >: )

...which I save for WC3 XD

"Final Fastasy XI: World of Asshole" (Cover shows a /tell log something simlier to Darkfox screeny and Hume woman on top lol)
 
The community mainly makes up the reason people complain about FFXI. It's a shame, really, that a good game should be ruined by its players.
