I tried that PvP thing they let people download and i must say i'm not a fan of the game. it was intertesting tho

Don't let it get to you. Fuck em'. People treat this game like it's their life. I just play to kill time.

Sqaure Enix should add this warning on POL too before you hit play.

"Remember, when you play FFXI remember that many people will take this game seriously and may commite suicide. You've been warned."
 
When you have a fire, it's best to contain it and smother it out as quickly as possible to minimize damage. You're currently throwing powder kegs and gasoline on your fire. This thread lets people who wouldn't normally have access to today's blunder make judgements you may not deserve. My advice is to let this thread drop as quickly as you let it drop from people's memories. There are so many bad parties and so many things that go wrong in a typical player's FFXI day, that you'll be back to normal, overshadowed in no time.

Lol my roommate is stuck on that game. i find it interesting to watch but way to easy of a game to advance compared to FFXI. I guess i like the challenge

I'd say you got much less than you deserved. Whats sad is, in that screenshot you took, you are just like about 1/3 of the players on this server I can't stand.

You think you know everything, you suck at playing/aren't paying attention, and then when it's all said in done...

Here's my answer to that comment. It's not that I'm taking the game too seriously. It's the fact that when I join a party, it's my every intention to gain experience, because it is FUN to get quick and good experience points to get stronger. And I find it only common courtesy from other players to tell me if they aren't paying attention... ie: playing the game.

If Family Guy comes on, Don't Party. And specifically don't be a dumbass and preach to other people about how to do thier jobs when it's your inadequacy in your job that gets that member killed. LOL

Guess what. I've /blisted you. I hope you delevel out of the dunes because the rest of your party is too busy watching Family Guy and you dissolve out of our server. I'm not kidding.

You know... you're probably right. But the fact that he used the excuse that "I wasn't paying attention" and "I was watching TV" and "I only play to kill time" doesn't really sound to me like he's that great or fun to party with.

I'm sure to some he's a great guy and a lot of fun. But I would rather not party with him.

Idiot, doesn't pay attention in party, thus getting others killed. Idiot was dishing out advice on how to do the job. Idiot makes all these excuses, mommy yelling at me...the TV was on and I'm a mindless idiot who can't stop watching. Idiot gets put in his place. Idiot jumps on flameboard, flames someone for threatening to blist him, and get others to know about his...any guess....IDIOCITY (lol, not sure thats a word).
