What the hell?!

Well I was bored out of my skull yesterday farming so I thought I'd go kill trains of gobs brought to the Selbina zone in the Valkrum Dunes. I quite enjoyed it actually. I find the Dunes doesn't aggrivate me as much as it seems to with others and had a rather fun day talking with new players and some players that post on the forums. Ran into a few people who ended up doing the same thing as I and all in all I'd say we saved about a bazgillion (I know it's not a real word) new players.

Everyone helping was at least levels 30+ so there was really no problem until something like a Bogy got trained to the zone, but even then we'd just call for help and take it down with almost no problems. Some of the trains got pretty large, like 6 or so Gobbos but with the help of everyone they didn't give us too much flack.

That was until this freakin mo mo in that Sandy gate armor (he must of been pretty high level) comes running to the zone. He had about 3 gobbos chasing him so I tossed a cure his way as his life was about a 1/4 left. It didn't cure him much because of his massive amounts of HP but I thought I'd be kind and do it anyway.

So he starts to zone and all of a sudden over the hill about 30+ bad guys appear chasing him. He's zoned by now and because I sent a cure his way everything's heading straight for me. He had everything in this train...lizzards, flies, gobbos I think a few leeches too - so I pull out leviathan and my beating stick and start to pop them off one by one. The other 30+ characters are working on it too but it's looking pretty grim, we really didn't want to stop as there were quite a few low level characters in the area the gobbos would love to stab. My MP is running out and my life is about 40 HP when I finally decide to use my 2 hour. Took out everything in the area except one mob which I hit with my stick once and he went down.

Apparently the other 2 helper players were almost dead and one cued in with "Jesus I almost died at level 34 in the dunes!" I was soooo pissed off, why the hell would you do this? I mean as if these lower level players don't have enough to deal with in the dunes without you training every mob in the area to the main zone and not even stopping to help kill them all. I've seen show-offs train shit to the Sandy zone just so they can kill it all infront of the new players and get praise but this guy had no intention of killing these enemies...

I thought it was a mighty asshole thing to do and he became the second person to make my /blist. :evil:

What was the players name? Seriously, people are fucktards sometimes. Sometimes people do it to show off, but this asshole did it just to get some people killed. You could have called a GM on them, if you had other witnesses, anyway, what a douchebag.

I'd have to agree, we need this player's name. Since flies, leeches, etc. don't aggro, I can see only 2 scenarios here:

1) He was trying to AoE farm (in the dunes? Jackass move there regardless), and bit off more than he can chew, in which case he should have stayed to help, or

2) He was intentionally trying to get the lowbies, and possibly the people cleaning up trains for the lowbies, killed.

Either way, you should give out this guys name so we can point at laugh at him, or possibly slap him around once or twice.

My guess is he was trying to kill everyone at the zone. "Look at meeeeeeeeeeeeeee! I can keeeeel people! LOL!" Sometimes I like to make a big train like that, but it's just for me to turn around and wipe them all out (like the Highlands ).

well i was there last night and there was someone like that last night. she would get a mob bring it to us and use hide and then it would go to yellow. she would also steal my mob..it was intentional too. she stood next to me watched me attempt to range it then provoke it from me. i cant think of the life for me but i was giving shout of some not so nice words to that person
