Anywhoo that's pretty nasty, and just wrong. I wouldn't want to ever talk to them if I found out one of my game friends was one D:
 
1. Cut off his dick then cauterize it with a flaming brand so he wouldn't die too fast by bleeding to death.

I wouldn't give him the glory of me enjoying killing him. I'd be with Kyr and let Kink handle business. Though, I would do everything I could to find the man in that video and dear god... Hell hath no fury compared to what I would do to the bastard. This kind of thing makes me wish I could be some type of vigilante, smiting the fucks in my path.
 
This is disturbing and deserving of a punishment at least twice as disturbing.

Kink's on the right track for sure. I'd bring him as close to death without actually killing him in as many ways as possible. And finally just take him out with a crowbar to the head, since I think for an actual death, he pretty much just deserves to be beaten ruthlessly till he's just a pile of mixed flesh, fluid and what used to be functioning organs. You wouldn't be able to donate any part of him.
 
Stuff like that isn't right at all... he shouldn't be able to be free on Bond... He should stay in Jail for many years, and registered as a sex offender, no one want this young asshole/perverted phsyco to lived somewhere near us
