Spawn high level NM's in all the starting zones, and just watch the chaos unfold. Bring back the Treant event again, and also get into a Besieged if possible and fight alongside players.
 
I would have a lot of fun in Korroloka Tunnel ^_^ And Large would be changed to SmallRMT. Then, now small, be utterly destroyed. Basically, I'd make GMDave look like a puppy as I ran rampant through the RMT in a despicable fashion. I'd try to make Dowzer proud.
 
you're assuming GMs have that power :P from what I can gather.. a GM can send people to HP, to mordion goal, and ban/suspend. If that's the case.. I'd send EVERYONE on EVERY server to their home point all at once. During a high chance of Nidhogg time :P oh wait.. they can spawn mobs and despawn mobs.. but ya... I don't know if I'd do that.
 
Go around to gilsellers and afk bazaars and turn thier names yellow.
 
I would MPK people with Absolute Virtue in East Sarutabaruta.
 
Break typing speed records in a flurry to ban as many as possible. 30 minutes may not be enough time to get all the names on my list.
 
I would Shout in every zone:

"This is your God! You have all sinned...you have to be purified with pain! Let the reign of darkness begin!!!"

Then spawn 3 HNM in every zone, with the Wyrms spawned in the cities, and AV and KB, and the Jailers in Whitegate...besiege that bitches. I'd turn everyone on PvP. I'd set the Home point timer to 3 seconds, and disable all mog house entrances. I'd ban anyone who tried to log out, and prevent everyone's char from disconnecting server side. I'd reset all things up on the AH to 1 gil. Then after 30 minutes...I'd despawn all HNM, set prices of all non sold items back to their original value, allow disconnects of anyone not connected client side. The bans would stick....wusses runnin and shit.

Yeah...basically reign of chaos.

Oo! I'd finally get all those drops I never seem to get. Morion earring, Mist Silk Cape (fucking Spiny... Read 'the Beast and the Hero'), etc...

Banning people is fine and all, but what fun is making people suffer if you can't watch? I would take some people from my 'Damnit, I hate you' list and revert them all to level 1, no gear, no gil. That's how you punish someone for sucking. Make them re-learn everything.
 
Assuming the rumour that GMs have a stress lounge where they take over monsters that are "in battle" (i.e. they can control them) I'll take some goblins over and as it is near death, bring everyone down with me with a serving of bomb toss.
 
Ah, the infamous question.

Get the Ban sticks out, hand them out to a few dozen trustworthy friends. That should take care of the RMT in about 2 minutes. Teach that dumbass taru in whitegate where jeuno is. Now I'm surprised this wasnt mentioned before.

Valkurm Dunes... Dragons, HNMs everywhere... At the Zones utter destruction.

Take over Shadow Lord and explore the world of Vana'diel.
 
Assuming you mean LGM powers then I'd max all my jobs, skills and crafts (a full list of 100 crafts ooooh) and give myself capped gil and some gear I've always wanted.

Now that we've got the first minute out of the way...

MPK some people with Absolute Virtue, ban some gilsellers and general idiots, and have fun with friends accounts like giving them TH+100 (Happy birthday strachan!) and change the ToS so that the Windower wasn't against the rules :)
 
i would grab bunnies from ronfaure, lizards from gustaberg, mandies from sarutabaruta, make them lvl80, aggresive, and linking.

oh, and pop a few on each major city of course.
