Whats a Frag Bomb?

So today I popped a Goblin in LaTheine for my first time ever...

It was going pretty well actually...

I'm guessing next time I will run away or stun that.
 
Wow seems like you ended up fighting one of the higher lvl Goblin Archaeologist. and man that truelly does suck.
 
frag bomb is probably like a cactuars needles? sounds logical since a frag bomb would be a bunch of different projectiles? but that is just a guess
 
He did that to me once too... i took 1900 dmg >.<
 
See though thats the thing, you can pop different levels of that same mob. Sometimes its a lvl 20 gob, sometimes its lvl 40, and sometimes you get the bringger of the Gobbie-apocolypse like the one that Deci got.
 
well, a frag grenade is a grenade that shoots out metal shards right after the explosion, so peole at medium range are fucked as much as the ones at close range, and the far range people can still get hit...

however, i have NEVER heard of a goblin using that move before, that was one B.A. goblin.
 
That move is exclusive to the Archaeologist, and he can spawn anywhere between levels 30 and 75. I'm guessing Frag Bomb is probably a level 70+ move.

no, he does it at all his levels. Its just not as strong at lower levels. And he can toss more than one.
 
Frag Grenade does damage proportionate to a normal Goblin dropping their bomb, but in this case it doesn't kill the Goblin. And yeh, he uses it at any level.
 
Good news is you got a 0.3 parrying skillup.


All it needs is a message at the bottom:
"You got fragged."

And he saved you the trouble (if not the xp) of having to Mijin Gakure.
 
I got fragged once for for 200 on my lvl 37 war >.> You probably got a really high gob ; ;
 
Here's what I do when I see an NM that I don't know if I can take. Now my main is WHM, so I'm very careful >_>. If I get a skill up, I run the hell away.
 
Lol, take a SMN next time for earthen ward :p
 
I was subbing WHM, I coulda like Barfira'd and Stoneskin but I didn't know they could be that tough... thought it would be just some pushover NM that spawns in a newbie zone.

Its not the Fire Dmg that kills you, its the shards o metal comin at ya. I always 2hr not to risk anything. 2h<2Gold coins >.>

Anyways, Imagine BLU with this move ^^ that is all.
