Quick 2 questions for CHR gear for charming

1. What's Better Apollo's Staff and Bugard's Leather Starp +1 or Temperence Axe and Muse Tariqah?

2. For Charm + gear to be active do I have to charm the mob in it or can I swap Charm gear in after I charm the pet with my CHR gear?

I've been 75 Bst for so Long I can't belive I've never Looked these up or asked before.

You can take the Charm+ gear off once you have the mob under your control. The effect has already taken hold at that point. As for the rest, I never leave home without my Apollo's Staff...but to each their own. It's BST. Do as you will.
