Whats going on with FF?

What the hell is going on. I woke up this morning with a error screen 154 or w/e [Disconnected from playonline] no biggie happens i think nothing of it. i log back in normally and go to play FF and it is saying i have no IDs or i have to reactivate or buy a new one. I didn't get an email saying anything....Is there a maintenance or something? all my IDs are gone or won't show up.

Try making sure your POL ID is correct. And uhh have you paid your credit card bill?

it's billing day.

a) your card expired

b) your card was denied

c) neither happened and PoL denied your card because of an error

c is the most popular option game-wide, use another card or validate it and re-enter it again, your ID's are still there

Yea its fixed. Something happen to my CC info. I updated and changed. Thanks all.

Happened to me too. My credit card expired didn't realize had to update card.
