Hey everyone.
I'm kind of drunk and it's something like 2 AM.
Forgive bad English.

I lost all my best friends this year.
Moved out of my mother's house.
Into my dad's house. (bad idea probably, but
my step father is not wanting me there)
One of the few friends
Can call recently just broke up with
his girlfriend and is completely hung up on . He will
be stuck on
that for a long time.
School starts in about
a month for american school.
January for Japanese school.
And I have basically had to stop
my sport for now since
my mother was/is my coach and is not treating
me well at all, and since my step father
funds most of it, it is made more difficult. My sister and stepdad
want nothing to do with me for their
own reasons.

I guess I'm excited about what happens next.
Anyone else feel this way? I seriously
Don't know what to do anymore,
I'm not going to panic or freak about it,
just taking one day as it comes.
Maybe it's just
today.
I'm tried not to butcher anything too bad or overshare,
but I'm starting to not care anymore. I'm sorry
If a lot of it doesn't make sense.

Thank you for reading (.__.)_ Was
writing in my diary. [Originally in japanese]
I did a good
job translating i hope. (=__=*)
thank you again.

All of that sounds rough, Sorry all of this happened to you yuuki, If you ever wanna talk about it, Hit me up on msn. <3

; ;

I'm saddened to hear about these things and hope things improve.

Your English is easy to understand and for sure better than some people I know who were born here raised in two language home.

I'm here for you Yuuki whenever you need :) Hope all gets better soon.

Hope it gets better, Yuuki. Hang in there.

すべては申し分なくある ^^

I haven't known you very long but you have always been nice to me and I think that you are a good person. I am sorry to hear that everything isn't going as well as you like and I cannot imagine what you are going through. Things can and will get better. Just be strong and do what you can. Some things can be changed and some cannot. I know that I am probably not much help. Please message me if you need to talk. I wish you the best and I hope that things improve soon.

I only know you from the boards, but the part about being excited to take things one day at a time and see what happens next sounds like a really good attitude. I hope you have the support you need to avoid bad situations from the other stuff; make sure you can get yourself away if you need to.

Hey, you can always come talk to me too if you have any problems. I'm on pretty often and always willing to help out.

Like Valoran said, you expressing your excitement to take each day as it comes is a really good attitude. I don't know you from outside these boards, but I can relate to you in some of the ways you mentioned above.

It's really sad when you lose friendships, and it's even worse when your family turns their back on you. When you're in school, don't close off to people, but welcome them with a smile. There are those jerks out there, but I can guarantee you that you will make some strong friendships.

I know we're just strangers, but if you ever need someone to talk to, I'm here. You seem very well known.

Keep your chin up, things won't always look this grim. :)

Yes making friend in school can be a great way to brighten your mood. Meet many new people, esp if your going to a very large school or university. You never know you may find your future best friend and possibly that one person who can turn your world upsidedown(in a good way) :)

It sounds like there is a lot of change going on in your life right now and that can be hard on a person. Losing friends is really hard, but making new friends can help. Also things seem worse at night, I always feel more positive in the morning.

Thank You everyone for
your nice thoughts and words!
It makes me feel comfortable knowing
that there are many others
who can relate. I'm sure it's part of
growing up, but while the topic is
still open.

I am feeling confused. Obviously opinions
will differ, but have been doing something
for a very long time. Something I
feel like, it's not for me anymore.
And at one time, as a child, it was OK
to do, but now I get a lot of
negativity for it and my mother
won't help me make it better.
She's my coach, 24/7 , never the mother
anymore. It feels bad. I know
she wants the best for me, but
maybe I think that her idea
of the 'best thing' for me, is different from mine.
And she has always made the decisions for
me, and I am not allowed to question it,
and I don't really want to. Feels rude and disrespectful.
I know she has more life experience from me,
but I feel like, I know myself enough to know
If I will like doing it in even 1 year from now.
I definitely won't change the way I feel about it,
and neither will she or anyone else. Nothing is going
to change unless I make it that way.
So I'm asking you, do I go against my mother, for
my own sense of self? Or do I keep doing something
I really am miserable doing (because I would basically
give up my sense of well being in exchange for
my mom's temporary happiness)
It's an obvious answer but an extremely difficult
and sensitive solution.
My idea (philo sophy[?(′・ω・`)]
Everything in life is a trade off, every door in life
that you choose to open, closes another one off.

thank you

That is a cultural divide to move forward with care.

I would be very weary about advice here. The things American's do, and here may recommend, could seem very disrespectful in a different society.

In America, most of the time, their is an incredible independence during a child's upbringing. The parent may tell the child what to wear, but a lot of times, the parent after a certain age may just smile, in regards to the humor, instead of correct an outfit.

If you are unhappy, I would recommend turning your life around. Do what will make you happy. It almost sounds like the quintessential issue where the parent wants the best for their child, sometimes at the expense of their happiness. Talk to your mother, find out if she understands. Confront the problem as a two-sided issue because there are two sides to this. I hope you and your mother can find an accord.

"philosophy," and yes, you used it in the correct manner.

I would say to do whatever makes you happy. Most children in America do as they please, and most parents let them because they are trying to find their place in the grand scheme of things. If your mother wants to hold you back, then you have the choice to break free. Disrespectful or not, it is your life.
