Your not a true BST unless you have solo'd Aquarius! :crazy:

Aquarius Killed it solo @ Level 62 BST/WHM

Despot - Was doing very well, I'm sure I would of won but was stolen each time. (Attempted 3 times) Stolen 4th time now (4-14-09) I should post LS name of the Thiefs >_>

Fe'e - Up in Arms BCNM - Not sure if this counts but Tribox 0/35 on Kraken Club. :badwords:

Jazaraat - Toau mission 13 Lost Kingdom - Killed it, then a party of 75's came to kill it and all wiped and I ended up soloing it for them too. BST FTW!

Blackbeard and Silverhook Ship to and from Selbina/Mhaura Got both clubs for my WHM. :cool:

Lord of Onzozo - was hard even died and fought weakend no drop 0/11 only solo'd it once all others were duo'd with a rdm.

Theres alot more ive killed solo was just naming the ones I thought were the hardest. Lets hear what you have done might give me some new goals and ideas.

Id like to say CoP 2-3 Minotaur, but SE keeps screwing me. Tomorrow ill update it with a win.

Aside from that, im only level 52 so some IT scorps are prob the toughest ive thrown pets at.
 
Hardest thing I've soloed is the corse NM in sacrarium. Its actually semi-hard since u gotta pull mobs to start through the maze of undeads. I've also duo'd the Swift Belt NMs with 2 BST, and solo'd my subligars...
 
I've always had really bad luck when it comes to soloing. I seem to mischarm at the worst times.

Best I have solo'd is Sheildtrap in Riverne Site #A01. Charmed an IT fly to start off then tried to widdle it down with T and Em birds hovering around Hippos.

I got super close to defeating it after what seemed ages of well distanced swappings... but one mischarm and a hippo link did me in. Never could find the pop item again, but I always wanted to give it another try.

For me, I am more proud of making areas xp'able that I didn't think could. I know it's been done before but I was really happy to find my groove on xping off the VT doomed and pugils in the Den near the cloister zone. Made many O merits that way. Me and my duo partner Kodi had a blast trying to find areas we could get xp from. Mamool is another great place we found on our own before they added nm's to the area.... and the Octopuses in the reef before the soulflayers.
 
That VT Fire Elemental I soloed in Sky back in the day as Shakaar was pretty tough. :D Can't really remember much else, I was a fairly play-it-safe BST lol.
 
Shakaar... what ever happened to your avatar of... Jackie Chan was it? In his lil seal hat? (Or am I losing it).

LOL that avatar brings back memories. :P Switched it out long ago, don't even have it on my computer anymore.

Wanted to do Despot for a long time, but it would just get stolen.
 
Sewer Syrup and Shii

This only 1/2 counts because I never successfully killed them. I think I can do Syrup and Shii someday just never went back for it. It's not really the mobs themselves but the surrounding environment.

I take syrup downstairs and use the leeches on it. I had it down to 40-something % when I rested in blood aggro range of the doggies on the stairs. I know I can do it but didn't care enough to keep at it.

That was pre Snarl too. I had a hell of a time getting Syrup's hate off me so I can rest but I was managing. Snarl and an occasional CC would have helped a lot.

I soloed Ose not too long ago as /nin with no tools. lol
I would quickly switch pets, take a couple of hits, run away and rest. I got so close to death. I soloed Aqua on more than one occasion. I soloed my gaudy harness. I solo wings of fury every now and then. Hmmm...

Ive done Syrup as pld/nin and rdm/blm - pld is a LOT harder you have to be just at the right point so the mouse repops don't spawn on top of you and far enough away so the ghosts don't ag from the room where syrup pops. Also helps to bring meds i.e. yag drinks and hi pots if u go with (i'd imagine) any job that can't sleep mobs.

I'm highly relying on poor memory but Syrup's regen rate is too high for me or CC to really keep it down fast enough. It regens too fast making it a really long fight for a solo. I'm also not a PLD but I hear you guys have a hard time dealing damage unless you are spec'd for it. Even then you probably wouldn't pass me and a CC pet.

You're fight must've taken a REALLY long time and for that, I highly cheer you on.
That's why I pulled the Syrup to the basement to put leeches on it. The leeches last a long time and put out better damage.


again this was pre "Snarl" and I am using my very poor memory since the fight was so long ago.

He caught me with it and I spent the rest of the fight hovering around 100 hp :P
