For me... I think it was a year or so ago. I had a friend stay over (Quab) and we played for like 30 hours straight and slept for 4 minutes and played for the rest of that day. (burned ourselves out after that)

So how about you?
 
you're lacking options over 20 hours. start giving days.

just saying that A) this is FFXI. 1-2 hours is VASTLY improbable. likely impossible if one were to ever hope to achieve level 50 or camp an nm successfully or farm meaningly. 2-5 is prolly gonna get a rather now number of hits. i suggest you combine the two into a < 5 and add say, a 48 hours option.
 
just 10-12 hours couldnt do more I would go insane
 
I think you may have beat me Myrrhh.

Max awake time including WC/Food/Drink breaks, 42 hours.
Max online/connection time including AFK, 437 hours (about 18 days).

I think my longest streak was maybe 7 or 8 hours. I'm on the game all the time, but I'm AFK a lot of the time, just ask anyone who frequents RuLude Gardens AH. Actually, I rarely play for long periods(as in where I do nothing but play the game), which probably why I've been lvl 74 for 6 months.
 
Well, at least now I don't feel so bad about playing FFXI all day(~15 hours) sometimes, since I actually sleep.

I made a character on the Ramuh server to play with a friend of mine. I played 12 hours straight so I could catch up to him. Upon hitting the 13 hour mark, I reailzed everyone on that server was a douchebag, so i came back to Quetz.

wtf, get some lives >.> lol. i think i spent 10 hours at most minus eating and bathroom breaks, but any more than that and i get a bit bored/tired/wanttodosomethingelsemassively
 
Most I've spent is 11 hours while camping Argus.
 
Most I remember was roughly 10-11 hours in a VERY good Dunes party way back. Everyone was doing their job perfectly, it went so well, we went to Quifim afterwards and continued XPing.

Finally in the breaking hours of the morning we all got too tired and called it a night, but it was an amazing PT.
 
Back in the day, way back, I spent 12 hours playing one day, because we did ZM4-14 in one day. Which was an accomplishment back then.

Also for one month when I leveled ninja to 75, I played 8-9hours a day on weekends b/c of my static and we only really leveled on weekends.

Other than that 3-5 hours is my max, unless I have absolutely nothing to do.
 
18 1/2 hours was in kuftal tunnel fell asleep blm warped me woke up in jueno lol
i now average 2-3 hours during week and around 5-7 on my days off from work

heh well during those long winter breaks from school...I get bored out of my mind...

so after I got off from work I'll get on from 12 am to roughly 9 am...
(I'm convinced that I am a vampire)

but days off...I had a good 20 hour session in my rush to 75
(I had nightmares of Caederva Mire and couldn't sleep anyways lawl)

and even when I hit 75 this past winter break...I had nightmares of deleveling!
XD So i couldn't sleep then, and thus went about getting my buffer...
