One in bastok for goldsmithing supplies, female hume named Crystyana.
(my original role-playing character from waaaaaaaay back)
 
I had a Bastok mule named Deepthought. The name was from Douglas Adams The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy but I stopped using him because people thought his name was something else at first glance...
My main mule is named Blackpoet in memory of comedian Bill Hicks who thought of himself as a little dark poet. a lot of people think I got it from Edgar Allen Poe, though :cry:
 
My mule is a Galka.

His name is Daringherring.

Believe it or not, that's a namingway name. The name auto-generator in this game gives you some GOLDEN Galka monikers.
 
Sandy - Elvaan named Bartlei (i was watching the Simpsons when he was created)
Windy - Mithra named Katinka. Named after my original 2nd character that I played when FFXI first came out.

My Bastok mule is a bearded hume named Calef. He was actually my husband's character before hubby got his own account, but we didn't have the heart to delete him.

I also have a Windurst mithra mule, Jedaiyen. She's named after a RP character I had on a Wheel of Time fansite. In the past she'd done a lot of bazaaring outside of the cooking guild, but I've been slacking as of late. I may change her location to the Bonecraft guild instead, I've been getting a lot more of those materials lately than cooking ingredients, heh.

My husband has the Sandy mule, a Taru female named Gwilk. He didn't choose the name, but rather my sister did. I "gave" her that character to mess around with when she comes to visit, rather than have her do something dumb with one of our mains. ;)

I havent made a mule yet but when i do it will be a Galka named GreatAjax for any of you have read the Iliad, Ajax is a badass.
 
I know we talked about Jeuno mules for a while. I finally created one and ran her out there. Elvaan female named Evilweapon.
LOL. It was fun running her past the Evil Weapons en route to Jeuno.

I had thought about maybe making a Taru named Schvantzadeleon, but alas, I already have enough characters with utterly stupid names. I thought I'd shoot for slightly less stupid this time. :lol:

I have a Mithra in Bastok named Kelpie...I named her after my insane fat mouse...

Sakurai - Mithra in Windurst, named after Atsushi Sakurai, the vocalist of Buck-Tick.

Atsushi - Elvaan in San d'Oria named after Atsushi Sakurai, vocalist of Buck-Tick.

Pikyoyo - Taru in Bastok - Her name hides "Kyo" vocalist of Dir en grey

and, last but not least

Rukiki - Taru in Jeuno - Her name hides "Ruki" vocalist of Gazette.

And, just in case you were wondering, yes, Yomiku is named after a vocalist too. Yomi from Nightmare.
