What's the procedure for reporting RMT to SE?

Hey Guys,

Quick run down. Was busy online recently, and I got this guy who kept asking me about Dynamis-Sandoria in broken phrases / english. He mt'd chinese, so I strike up a conversation since I can speak chinese. Found out he was RMT. Fraps + Screenshotted.
I also got his friend, too.

Kittdy, and Newsinger.

What exactly is the procedure to ask SE to intervene? I know one or two may not be much, but I'm just doing my part.
And on a side note, I don't need people clogging up this thread cracking jokes on RMT. You guys don't know 1/2 these people's stories, and I'd like to just get a straight answer, thanks.

Ya cant submit the SS as evidence because that would indicate 3rd paarty proram getting you banned instead and/or that can be photoshopped. If you asked em if they were rmt then you cant report em cause that is entrapment. The only way to be able to report em is if they without you asking them anything say "I am a gilseller and I work to sell gil."

If they admit it in tell you can at least report them to the gm with the date, time, and zone so they can review the logs.

You go into Dynamis-San d'Oria with them and lot EVERY SINGLE ITEM that drops. Then laugh because there is nothing else you can do. The only way you catch them is if they say "Hey I'm making a transaction" and you get zone, time, and persons involved. Then they can review the log.

You can't exactly hack a serverside function. It's no where near the same as claim botting or flee hacking - which all work off clientside processes. If you could do that, you'd be able to do some worse stuff like fake trades to rob people of equipment.

I never saw the post that said that, but excuse me if I'm skeptical - the odds of winning lots are in favor of the gilsellers when they outnumber you.

Every "hack" available manipulates client actions. None do Server actions. Thats why this game is full of them, just about everything done is clientside.

They can still be edited/photoshopped, so SE can't take player screenshots as proof, 3rd party or no.
