I like faces and eyes <.<;

I mean, sure... I like tits. but surgery boobs I don't like. Women do operations like that because they don't feel confident about themselves, and think they'll get more respect with an operation. Well, yeah... they'll get attention all right. They're usually the "easy" ones (unless they're pron start, but that's a different story) 'cause of it...

Women with self-confidence and a brain {Yes, please}. While tits can be nice to look at, you'll get bored of them fast if you feel like you're talking to (and doing) a brick wall.
 
You can still get implants and not be a total ho-bag. Going from an A- to a B or C cup isn't something I'd call slutty.
