When i was about 6 or 7. my brothers and I watched the movie IT. Me and my older brother laughed though out the whole movie but my little brother got so scared he didn't sleep and when he did my older brother and i would scare him.

We all fall asleep in the living room. it's about 3 am and my older brother wakes me up. Starts telling me about a old clown costume and that we were going to scare him. So like any evil family i agree.

About 30 min go by and i wake him up with "Jason wake up moms home. time for bed." he listened and started walking towords the stairs.
Now first let me tell you about a closet that is RIGHT beside the stairway....

My brother told me when Jason and i got there i was to cough and let my brother know when to jump out.

So we start slowly walking and i keep bringing back memories about the movie. He asks me to stop i said fine but at that moment we were at the stairs. So i fake cough. my older brother dressed like a clown jumps out and starts screaming "I'M GOING TO FUCKING KILL YOU"

so he ran like a little bitch and hide behind the couch and refused to move till my mom did get home.

there are more of those great pranks on my little brother but i forgot about half of them ^_^.

lol/not cool. Clowns are the scariest things ever. Not a laughing matter. I can honestly say any scary movie I have seen after IT at best scares me for the night, but the next day I forget it and it doesn't bother me.

Evil Dead Series! Not really scary, but amazing.

I think ... yeah ... Beaches >.>

Seriously though. As far as scariest I'll have to go with the original "The Birds" idk, saw it when i was younger and never been the same around birds since.
As far as my favorite I'd have to say Nightmare on Elm Street 3 or 4, whichever one was subtitled "The Dream Warriors" pretty cheesy but i liked the whole idea of the kids learning how to control the situation by employing wiggy super dream powers even though they all got hacked into bits.

Man i have everyone of those movies. not scary but army of darkness is hands down one of my favorite movies to watch

Oooh yes Saw is pretty scary. I recently saw the two of them in a row and I have to say they did get 10/10 for the cringe factor on some of the death scenes.

Worst bit has to be the needles in Saw II, god that bit made me cringe for about 10 mins. Considering I have pretty much a phobia of needles I don't know how I could stand to watch that bit.

I could've gone my entire life and been much happier if I'd never seen the eyeball-slicing scene... but at least it paved the way for me to watch Hostel without barfing.
