where are the outpost warp npc's?

[shebubba]

Checked Windy and Sandy and cannot find the outpost warp npc's. Is this one of the glitches from update or has something changed?

[Zyndara]

It changed in the update. You can find their locations here: http://www.qcdn.org/ffxi/showthread.php?t=67178

[JerkFace]

Its in the update notes.

The sandy one is just outside the N sandy Mog, by the tree.

[Hitaru]

and the windy one is just outside the Mog house in Port windy.
