I was just running in the area and it popped and freaked the shit outta me.

Alright this guy is pissin me off, I've been around the Frozen Brook zone for 20 minutes now and haven't seen him yet.

zone a few times... if he does'nt pop just go on with story and check back every once in awhile... worked for me..

Yeah I killed all the mobs in the zone.
I tried zoning out and back in and it worked, popped within like 30 seconds.
Now I have a new problem - I keep healing him >< Does he absorb physical?

hmm i know at one point he became immune to my attacks.. but that wore off after awhile... GL, he was a bish

Nah, you must have elemental weapons equipped. He absorbs all elemental attacks until he uses "Paling" which makes him immune to physical, but he becomes vulnerable to one element. The other strategies, aside from deciphering that element and nuking him down, are to tank until Paling wears off (usually about 3-5mins, in my experience) or, get his HP to 20~25% then Quickening him to death.

you have to keep zoning in and out of the frozen brook.the white choco just is just in there running around at random.the thing is huge so you cant miss him.just becarefull the bitch goes immune to all physical attacks when he hits like 10% health and then spams choco comet.
