Who said Nintendo isn't attracting new third party games?

yeah, I was following this a long time ago before the Wii was released. I thought it was very interesting that Take 2 would be taking part with Nintendo. I dont know about a GTA coming out, but something similar I find to be very possible

Manhunter 2 was supposed to be coming to the wii, should be interesting.

Take-two didn't make GTA O.o Why.. I'm confused..

They made all the good ones, they're working on GTA4 now.

Wait.. than what the hell is Rockstar? lol

A subsidiary of Take Two, Take Two controls business practices etc.
They're a development division of the publisher Take Two.

I see.. ah well this is interesting news :P I don't know how GTA would be improved when it comes to car controls with the Wii but it could make the running around and shooting and such a lot easier and fun. Obviously wouldn't be as graphically splendid as GTA IV, but that wouldn't stop me from enjoying it XD (it'd still be just as good as GTA III-SA graphics). By the way, curious, how much storage can a Wii's disc hold? GTA games are rather large.

Take-two owns Rockstar, and Rockstar are the ones that made all the GTA games.

And as far as third-party support, i believe the Gamecube alienated most third-party games by Nintendo itself.

No, that was the N64.

GameCube was the most third-party friendly console, cost-wise. The benefit of not taking a loss on the console is not having to charge publishers fees to sell on your machine. The same is applying to the Wii.
