Saw a shout the other day for O.Hat. Now I know this is insane, it takes precision, coordination, and a good group to touch this thing most the time.
Or 4bst I guess *laughs*

Anyhow, I ask setup.. was something like nin, whm, drk, drg, sam, thf.. I shrug and join. (Oh look, didn't wait until 17/18!!) Sat around a bit, ended up with a pretty beefy(16 people) alliance, I brought along my own Sam, as well as two whm, a sam, and the only nin(other one bailed).
Ended up 7/7 (9 helpers o.o) with only a few dicey fights.
So congrats to you all and Optical Hat <mine>! Now all I need is that bloody Bushi >.<

Congratulations to you! And yeah like 2 years ago he used to be a problem for pickup /shouts and whatnot. But my social LS needed help so i went there and tanked lolTaku nin/whm and made him look like a sad fool. He really isn't that bad when you have some skilled people, and nowadays most people have some Incredibly Tough friends to help ^^.

I've never had a problem with pick ups. As long as it's made clear what you need to do and it's made clear what you need to bring, I can't see the problem.

Its awsome to find pick up people that know what they are doing, especially at NA /EU times. Good job! I've been doing pick up salvage runs lately in JP prime and those are amazingly good;p

lol...O hat is one of the few things that works well with pick ups. But its also because a normal group of 6 could do it, but pick ups bring whole alliances =P
